These Terms and any additional terms posted on this Site by StockerYale together constitute the entire agreement between StockerYale and you with respect to your use of this Site. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this Site must be commenced within (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without reference to its conflicts of law rules. The sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising out of this Agreement shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in New Hampshire, and the parties agree not to raise, and waive, any objections or defenses based upon venue or forum non conveniens, except that StockerYale may seek temporary injunctive relief in any venue of its choosing.
