StockerYale Announces the Appointment of Stephen A. Koski as Chief Information Officer

SALEM, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--StockerYale, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of structured light lasers, LED modules and specialty optical fibers for industry OEMs, today announced that it has appointed Stephen A. Koski as Chief Information Officer. Based in the Company's Salem corporate headquarters, he will direct the Company's information technology and implement strategies that make information more effective and valuable in the enterprise.

"His relevant experience will drive our information technology capabilities as a key component of the Company's organic growth and acquisition strategies, as well as implementing a cost effective Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. I expect his leadership will result in better access to timely information and analytics for our information technology constituents, allowing them to better realize and implement our corporate strategy," added Mr. Blodgett.

Prior to joining StockerYale, Koski was Worldwide Chief Information Officer at James Martin & Co, of Fairfax, Virginia, a global lT professional services firm with 1,000 employees in 12 locations and founder of GTCX, whose clients include manufacturing firms Kingston Technology and Orbital Sciences. Mr. Koski began his work in enterprise information as a Project Manager for Corning, Inc. Koski graduated from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, with a BS in Math, Science and Engineering (MSE).
