StockerYale’s Model 6 CFVI (Circular Fluorescent Vision Illuminator) is a low profile, large area industrial grade fluorescent lighting system powered by a high-frequency (25 kHz) driver. The Model 6 CFVI provides bright flicker-free illumination for a variety of needs including imaging, process inspection, assembly, microscopy and a multitude of other machine vision applications.
The Model 6 CFVI incorporates a lightweight spun aluminum housing and is supplied with three threaded inserts on the top of the assembly for customer specific mounting. The true circular fluorescent lamp provides 360° of uniform, shadow-free illumination on the targeted area while the low profile housing allows this unit to be mounted in places where other large area illuminators would normally not fit.
Standard lamps have a ø4” (101.6mm) inside diameter and are available as deluxe daylight white (5100K) or black light blue (UV). Other lamp options include wavelength specific colors such as Red (658nm), Blue (450nm), Green (525nm) or Yellow (585nm).
