StockerYales Model 8 CF VI (Circular Fluorescent Vision Illuminator) is an ideal lighting solution for larger applications requiring localized diffuse illumination. This larger bore, circular illuminator is designed to meet the demands of more industrial type machine vision applications including automotive, pharmaceutical, electronic assembly and food processing.
The Model 8 CFVI lamp assembly is constructed of rugged, black anodized aluminum. This assembly is supplied with a standard deluxe daylight (6500K) circular fluorescent lamp, which offers users a minimum 7,000 hours of high output illumination. The Model 8 CFVI high frequency (25 kHz) driver provides the flicker-free illumination that is required for most industrial imaging applications.
For those particular applications where the color temperature of the standard lamp does not render the desired results, various lamp options are available to meet specific requirements. Black light (UV) lamps, as well as other wavelength specific colors, including red (658nm), green (544nm) and blue (450nm) are among the standard options available. Polarizer filters can also be used to minimize reflections for applications requiring the illumination of reflective material.
