| Mark W. Blodgett ♦ | |||

Mark W. Blodgett has been a member of the Board of Directors and an executive officer of the company since 1989 and maintains overall responsibility for daily operations and strategic planning. Prior to joining StockerYale, Mr. Blodgett was president of August Capital Corporation a private merchant bank (1988-89), was corporate vice president at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. in New York (1980-88) and was an associate in the area of mergers and acquisitions for the European American Bank from 1979 to 1980. Mr. Blodgett is actively involved in the Young President's Organization (former New England Chapter Chairman) and serves on Board of Directors of various not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Blodgett holds an MA Honors in Economics from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. |

Timothy P. Losik was appointed COO/CFO on January 7, 2008 with responsibility for all day-to-day operations across the Company's worldwide operating units and to head its financial organization. Mr. Losik, is a veteran of the technology sector with nearly 14 years of executive-level experience in financial and operations management and served as the Chief Financial Officer at Bluesocket, Inc., a privately held provider of enterprise mobility solutions provider prior to coming to StockerYale, Inc. In his most recent role at Bluesocket, Inc., Mr. Losik was responsible for the company's financial management, acquisition evaluation and had supply chain and operations management responsibilities, where he achieved major improvements in product costs and product time-to-market. Prior to Bluesocket, he was Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Globalware Solutions, Inc., a privately held supply chain management company. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Losik was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Omtool, LTD., Nasdaq-listed software company, where he was instrumental in leading a turnaround and restructuring program. From 1986 to 2000, Mr. Losik served in various positions at Hadco Corporation, a NYSE-listed advanced printed circuit manufacturer, including Senior Vice President of manufacturing and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and ultimately as the Senior Vice President of global printed circuit board (PCB) operations at Sanmina-SCI upon Hadco's acquisition by Sanmina-SCI in December 2000. |

Raymond J. Oglethorpe is currently President of Oglethorpe Holdings, LLC, a private investment company, and has served on the Board of Trustees of The George Washington University since 1999. Mr. Oglethorpe served as President of America Online, Inc. from 1992 until his retirement in 2002. Prior to that time, Mr. Oglethorpe was responsible for directing the domestic and international sales, marketing and client service organization of Redgate Communications, a subsidiary of America Online, Inc. Mr. Oglethorpe has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 2000. Mr. Oglethorpe has been designated by the independent members of the Board of Directors as Lead Director of the Company. |

| Bob Drummond | |||

Mr. Drummond was a co-founder of Epsilon Data Management, Inc., a $140 million in sales, marketing services firm and one of the true pioneers in the field of database marketing. Drummond spent 28 years building Epsilon from a four-person start-up to a high tech growth company with a professional staff of 800. Epsilon went public in 1984 and was acquired by American Express in 1990. Drummond was CEO for six years before leaving in 1998. Since leaving Epsilon, Mr. Drummond has worked with a number of early stage high tech companies in raising venture capital and developing and implementing growth strategies. He currently serves on the boards of three private technology companies and is on the Board of Directors for the Winchester Hospital and the Board of Trustees for Drexel University. Mr. Drummond holds a BSEE degree in electrical engineering from Drexel University and received an MBA from Harvard Business School. |

| Dietmar Klenner | |||

Dietmar Klenner is a co-founder and, since March 2004, Managing Partner of Argus Wealth Management AG. From July 2002 until February 2006, Mr. Klenner was Managing Partner of Meridian Global Advisors, which he also co-founded. From December 1989 until June 2002, Mr. Klenner worked for KS Securities Asset Management, which he co-founded and where he served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner. Mr. Klenner has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 2003. |

Ben Levitan is a Partner with In-Q-Tel Inc., a strategic investor in promising technology companies which support the mission of the CIA and the Intelligence Community. Ben most recently served as CEO of EnvoyWorldWide, a venture-backed notifications company until its sale to PAR3 Communications (now Varolii). Prior to joining EnvoyWorldWide, Mr. Levitan was COO at Viant Corporation (NASDAQ: VIAN), where he led the Internet services firm to rapid growth and profitability. Previously, Mr. Levitan was CEO at James Martin & Co. (now Headstrong), a global systems integration and outsourcer. Mr. Levitan also served as SVP, Operations at Cambridge Technology Partners, where he helped build the organization's first Internet-focused practice and headed the company's Customer Management and Financial Services Industry practices. He was also instrumental in facilitating merger and acquisition activities. He serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Board of Directors of Primavera Systems, a Philadelphia-based privately owned project and portfolio management software company. He joined the board in 1998. Ben also serves on the Board of Advisors of businesses in the IT, Healthcare, Sports and Retail industries. He is an active member of Young President's Organization. Ben received his bachelor degree from Union College, in Schenectady, NY and studied at the London School of Economics. |

| Patrick J. Zilvitis | |||

Patrick J. Zilvitis served as a consultant with Benchmarking Partners, a Boston based industry analysis and consulting firm from September 2001 until December 2004. Mr. Zilvitis served as the Chief Information Officer for Segway LLC on a consulting basis from September 2000 until June 2004. Mr. Zilvitis was employed by The Gillette Company from 1992 until 2000, where he served as the Chief Information Officer and Corporate Vice President. Since July 2000, Mr. Zilvitis has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of ANSYS, Inc., a publicly-traded engineering software company. Mr. Zilvitis has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 2004. |

| Parvis Tayebati | |||

Dr. Parviz Tayebati is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor with interest in startup technology companies. In addition to his investing activities Parviz is the chairman and CEO of AZNA corporation which he cofounded in June 2002. Until March 2002 he was VP of business development for the component division at Nortel Networks Optical Components. During the same the same period, he was responsible for the development of CoreTek, a company he founded and ran as CEO until it was acquired by Nortel Networks in March 2000 for $1.43B. Under his leadership CoreTek developed market leading tunable photonic solutions for long haul and metropolitan dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) system. During his tenure at CoreTek, he developed and managed several government contracts which led to the breakthrough technology of Tunable Optical VCSEL technology, which utilized MEMs for the first time in optical communications. Parviz worked for several years as a Senior Scientist and Program Manager in the field of optical computing technologies at Foster-Miller, Inc., before founding CoreTek in March 1994. A technology visionary at CoreTek, Parviz initially secured government research funds to launch the development of what was once viewed as a speculative technology for telecommunications applications. A physicist by training, Dr. Tayebati has specialized in optoelectronic devices and systems. He received a B.Sc. with first class honors from the University of Birmingham, England in 1982 followed by a Masters degree from the University Cambridge UK in theoretical physics and a Ph.D. in Quantum Electronics from the University of Southern California in 1989. He is a member of the American Physical Society, Optical Society of America, IEEE, and SPIE. He has twenty five patents and patents pending in the area of fiber optic communications devices and subsystems and has more than 70 published scientific papers and conference or invited presentations. |
