2007 Shareholders' Meeting
The Special Meeting in Lieu of the 2007 Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held on May 22, 2007.
Shareholders approved the following proposals:
- To fix the number of directors comprising the Board of Directors of the Company at seven
- To elect the following as directors to serve until the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders:
- Mark W. Blodgett
- Robert J. Drummond
- Dietmar Klenner
- Ben Levitan
- Raymond J. Oglethorpe
- Patrick J. Zilvitis
- To ratify the appointment of Vitale, Caturano & Company, Ltd. as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the current fiscal year
- To approve the adoption of the Company's 2007 Stock Incentive plan
The proposal to reincorporate the Company from Massachusetts to Delaware was not approved.
