Polarization Maintaining Fiber

PMF-RC-1300-B1

Polarization Maintaining Fiber
  • High birefringence
  • Low attenuation
  • Bow-tie stress structure design
  • Low bending induced attenuation
  • Superior polarization maintaining properties
  • Excellent product consistency

StockerYale's PMF-RC-1300-B1 is a reduced clad polarization maintaining fiber designed for optimal performance in fiber optic gyroscopes, sensors, and telecommunication component applications. The reduced 80 µm cladding is engineered for applications requiring a tight bend radius with minimal bend loss and features an operating wavelength of 1300 nm and a beat length of < 3 mm. Its bow-tie stress structure provides high birefringence while maintaining excellent spliceability to existing PM and single-mode fibers. We can also custom design this fiber to meet your specific design requirements.
